Diti Ronen, author of the book Así ocurrió, presents it this afternoon at 6 p.m. virtually at the Centro Sefarad-Israel, together with the writer Gerardo Lewin.
Así ocurrió is an anthology by the Israeli poet Diti Ronen. Born in Tel Aviv, Ronen’s poetry is characterised by her nostalgic evocation of an idealised home, a house in which she spent her childhood and through which she connects with her family history. Her work also becomes a symbol of transhumance, of wandering in search of a homeland, of love and peace. Her poetry is resolutely feminist and loving.
