The Institute of International Affairs and Foreign Policy (INCIPE) is organising its next digital meeting on 17 February at 12 noon on Peacekeeping Operations in times of pandemics, organised in collaboration with the General Secretariat for Defence Policy of the Ministry of Defence. The digital meeting will feature the participation of DG Aroldo Lázaro, advisor on cross-cutting issues and security and defence at the General Secretariat for Defence Policy, Ministry of Defence.
The event will be presented by Manuel Alabart, Secretary General of INCIPE, and the debate will be moderated by Vicente Garrido, Director General of INCIPE.
