From 11 to 28 September next, the city of Taipei (Taiwan) will host the 52nd edition of the International School Art Exhibition, an art exhibition aimed at children that aims to promote knowledge and friendship between young generations around the world through the exchange of works created by schoolchildren aged between 6 and 15.
The exhibition, organised by the Association for Education through Art of the Republic of China (Taiwan), welcomes works in different categories: oil painting, watercolour, wood engraving, pencil drawing, crayon painting, pastel, collage, graphic design, etc., and the size of the works must be 55 cm x 40 cm. A jury of Taiwanese artists, educators, psychologists and art teachers will select the best works from all submissions to participate in the exhibition. School children interested in participating should send their works by 30 April 2021 to the following address: The Association for Education through Art of the Republic of China. Entries must be accompanied by the following information: full name of the child, date and place of birth, sex and nationality and name and address of the school or institution to which the child belongs.
