Casa Mediterráneo is presenting a varied programme of activities this week, which will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, at 7 pm, with The word as a meeting: 20th anniversary of the intercultural magazine Dos orillas, with Paloma Fernández Gomá, director of the magazine, and Aziz Amahjour, poet and professor at the Department of Hispanic Studies at the University of Nador (Morocco).
Next Wednesday, at the same time, there will be a film club and a virtual conference on the Israeli film Waltz with Bashir. Viewing guide available here. On Thursday 21 at 12 noon, Enrique Barón (in the photo), former President of the European Parliament and President of the Union of Europeanists and Federalists of Spain, will speak on Federal Spain in the European Federation. Finally, on Friday 22 at 19:00, the former Director General of the FAO, José Graziano Da Silva, will speak on Food Security in times of pandemics, as part of the Environment and the Mediterranean programme.
