His Majesty the King will preside over the first Letter of Credence ceremony of the year next Thursday, 14th, in a ceremony that will take place, as is traditional, at the Royal Palace in Madrid.

The new ambassadors who will present their Letters of Credence to the Head of State are those of Monaco, Catherine Dominique Fautrier; Latvia, Maris Klisans; Honduras, María Dolores Agüero Lara; Cyprus, Helena Mina; Guinea Bissau, Abel Coelho de Mendoça; Uruguay, Teresa Ayala Barrios; and Ghana, Muhammad Adam.

All of them have previously presented their Style Copies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, after the presentation of their Letters of Credence, may be present at the annual reception that the King usually offers, at the end of January, to members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Spain, to wish them a happy new year.
