Tomorrow, Tuesday 22 September at 8pm, the Instituto Francés in Madrid will preview the documentary Free Color, by Alberto Arvelo and with Carlos Cruz-Diez, Edgar Ramírez and Ana Asenjo.
This event is organised in collaboration with the association Salud Para Venezuela. Carlos Cruz-Diez is one of the most prominent and influential kinetic-optic artists of the contemporary era. Freeing colour completely, separating it from form or support. This was the dream, almost a chimera, of the great Venezuelan artist, who disappeared in July 2019, in Paris, at the age of 94.
