In the Museum in Romania: Unique Treasures of Romanian Heritage is a new online project organized by the Instituto Cultural Rumano in Madrid.
Since yesterday, June 17th, every Wednesday, the Institute invites the public to discover significant moments and objects of the Romanian history and culture, presented in an original way, at the National Museum of History of Romania, the National Museum of Literature of Romania, the National Museum of the Dimitrie Gusti Village in Bucharest, the Museum of National History and Archaeology in Constanta, the National Museum of the Great Union in Alba Iulia, as well as a material about the Romanian Athenaeum, the first and most representative music scene in Romania. The online project brings together information on unique, lesser-known pieces and works of art, unique documents from museums, placing them in historical and social contexts and thus narrating episodes from our millennial past. The documentaries will be broadcast on the Institute’s Facebook and Twitter page or YouTube channel at 10am.
