Casa América calls tomorrow, Thursday June 4, at 6 pm, for a streaming debate entitled The scientific race against COVID-19 in Latin America, in which experts will discuss the science being carried out by scientists from the region both inside and outside Latin America and share the epidemiological situation at a global level.
Participating in the event will be Javier Jaimes, postdoctoral researcher associated with the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Cornell University; Susana López Charretón, PhD in Basic Biomedical Research at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and Alexis Kalergis, professor of the Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology at the School of Biological Sciences and the Department of Endocrinology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
