The Japan Foundation Asia Center has made available free online viewing of the Asian Three-Fold Mirror 2016: Reflections, a film project promoted by the Fundación Japón in which three prestigious Asian directors, Brillante Ma Mendoza, Isao Yukisada and Sotho Kulikar, transcend the borders of their countries of origin.
Under the theme “Living together in Asia”, the crew and cast joined forces across national borders to portray the lives of characters travelling between Japan and Cambodia, the Philippines and Malaysia. These plays are intended to help bring people together in Asia. Available until June 30 in the original version with English subtitles at this link.
