Author: Agata Joanna Kornacka.
This evening at 7pm, at the Instituto Polaco de Cultura in Madrid (c/ Felipe IV, 12 bajo A) there will be a poetry talk with a book signing by Agata Joanna Kornacka (1988, Kielce, Poland), doctor of literature, translator and professor of Spanish at the University of Warsaw, in which she will present her book Aquí donde la ves with the publishing house Poesía eres tú, setting herself up as a representative of young Polish poetry.
Kornacka began writing poems when she was seven years old. She inherited her love of words from her father, the great master of rhymes, and over time her literary style has been forged from the mysteries of existence. She writes because, as she makes herself believe, she pays the debt she owes to life. This time she dares to present the Spanish-speaking reader with her first collection of “poetry steps” (hoping they will lead to a recognizable world) by the hand of actress and playwright Carlota Miszczuk Almarza, who will moderate the event.
