As part of the ITmakES Food&Wine initiative, promoted by the Italian Embassy to strengthen the dialogue between Italy and Spain and to promote the possibilities of collaboration between the enogastronomy of the two countries, the third edition of the competition “Prepare your future-New talents of Italian cuisine.
For the third year, the Italian Embassy is launching this competition for young chefs interested in deepening their knowledge of Italian cuisine. The call will remain open until 20 February 2020 and the competition will take place in Madrid between February and March.
The jury will select 2 winners who will enter ALMA’s “Italian Culinary Program-Unit 2” course at the Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, which includes 4 months of training at the ALMA school (from 20 April 2020), followed by an obligatory 4-month internship in renowned Italian restaurants.
