From March 18 until July 7, the National Gallery of London presents Sorolla, master of Spanish light, which was inaugurated a few days ago by Queen Letizia and Prince Charles of England, together with the Minister of Culture and Sports, José Guirao.
The exhibition, in which more than 60 works are presented, is the first British exhibition of the Spanish impressionist, Sorolla, in more than a century. Known as the “master of light” for his iridescent canvases, this is a rare opportunity to see the most complete exhibition of the paintings of Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida (1863-1923) outside of Spain.
