The Tennô: past, present and future of the Japanese monarchy

Fundación Japón organizes, with the collaboration of the Hispano-Japanese Cultural Center of the USAL, Casa Asia and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a conference that will be carried out by the researcher and expert in the Imperial Japanese House, Salvador Rodríguez Artacho.

 

Japan is one of the oldest hereditary monarchies in the world. The Tennô embodies the millenary institution that has managed to maintain and adapt in its historical, political, sociological and legal environment. On February 20 he will be at the Hispano-Japanese Cultural Center of the University of Salamanca, at 6:00 p.m. the 21 in the auditorium of Casa Asia Madrid, also at 6 pm, and the 28 in the Sala de Degrees of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, at 11.30 am.
