Casa Árabe and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organize, starting this afternoon, at 10 o’clock, the Dialogues on Open Societies cycle, which will run from January to July 2019. Free admission until completion of capacity.
At present, the advance of populist waves in democratic societies, violent extremism and exclusionary ideologies, or the arrival of post-truth in the world of information pose serious challenges to open societies. It is essential to open the debate and encourage dialogue on issues that affect the present and the future, often from an analysis of our past. The cycle will have a total of 13 sessions (two each month) dedicated to different issues, which can be consulted on the Center’s website.
