The new ambassador of Uzbekistan to Spain, Jahongir Ganiev, who this week presented Copies of his Letters in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stressed his government’s desire to increase bilateral collaboration with Spain, during the reception he offered on Friday to commemorate the 27th anniversary of Uzbek independence.
After reviewing the changes in the country in the last two years, the Ambassador (in the photo above, along with his wife, Ana Sálomon and Jorge Urbiola) noted that Uzbekistan is currently “among the ten countries with a more favorable environment for business” and pointed to Spain as” a very important partner” and” a country with an industrial, scientific, technological and cultural potential “with which” we want to maintain even closer cooperation “.
For her part, the general director of North America, Eastern Europe, Asia and Pacific, Ana Sálomon, confirmed the desire of Spain to deepen that relationship and highlighted “the role of Spanish companies in Uzbekistan, which are achieving very positive results, and that will continue to represent a major role, to which the Administration will help”.
