Until 22 April, the National Museum Thyssen-Bornemisza of Madrid presents Paloma Navares. Of the memory garden, an exhibition that proposes a rereading from the gender perspective of Eva’s figure, an iconographic classic motive in the art history.
The starting point of the exhibition are some works of the collection to present a selection of pieces created by Paloma Navares (Burgos, 1947) during the study she carried out on the representation of women in works of the main museums, which are accompanied by others created expressly for this occasion.
