On Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11 to 13 January, Casa América screens, at 20:00 hrs, the film Rosa Chumbe, by Jonatan Relayze, as part of its regular programme.
This film, starring Liliana Trujillo and Cindy Díaz, with the special participation of Alejandro Romero, “El Gordo Cassareto”, tells the life of Rosa Chumbe, a policewoman whose routine will be interrupted when her eighteen-year-old daughter steals her savings and leaves the house and her child behind. This incident will mark a before and after in the life of Rosa, who will be forced to take care of her little grandson.
