Dance and theatre in the new Season of Flanders in Madrid

 

Season of Flanders in Madrid until 20 May. #FlenMad presents several cultural examples of dance and theatre of Flanders. Curtains open for Madrid, Canal Theatres and Naves Matadero will host, for six months, the shows of eight companies of Flanders, recognized as international models of dance and theatre.

 

#FlenMad invites to discover the creations of Alain Platel (in the photo), Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker, Kris Verdonck, Jan Fabre, Jan Lauwers, Miet Warlop, Peeping Tom, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, in a festival that turns into an explosion of emotions and feelings, a unique opportunity to know the cultural essence of the Flemish creators.
