Centro Checo presents the mezzosoprano Magdalena Kožená

Centro Checo co-organizes a concert of the mezzosoprano Magdalena Kožená, to take place on 13 October at 20:00 hrs at the Royal Theatre of Madrid, in which she will dive into the Spanish baroque and flamenco.

The company of Antonio El Pipa, from Jerez, and the Austrian ensemble Private Musicke accompany the Czech singer in the tour with which she is taking all over Europe her most Spanish programme, the extraordinary show Amor: entre el cielo y el infierno (Love: between heaven and hell), in which she combines singing, instrumental music and flamenco dancing. Magdalena Kožená discovered flamenco and she soon travelled to Jerez de la Frontera to dive into the genre and learn by the hand of the master Antonio El Pipa.
