On Friday, the Cabinet authorized the signing of the agreement between Spain and Cape Verde to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion as regards income tax, as well as the signing of the protocol developed by the agreement.
The Agreement includes an article on exchange of information, in the terms of the OECD Model Agreement, which will allow a wide exchange of data with tributary implications, including bank information, between Spain and Cape Verde.
