Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, will make, on 31 May, the first official visit of a head of Government of this Asian country since 1988, according to information provided to The Diplomat.
Modi, who will come from Germany within the framework of a European tour and will stay in Madrid one day, will be received by the president of the Government, Mariano Rajoy, at Moncloa Palace, and by King Felipe VI at the Zarzuela Palace. Besides, he will hold a meeting with Spanish businesspeople interested in India and with Indian businesspeople.
