The Tourism Organization of Cyprus, in collaboration with the Embassy of this country in Spain, celebrated last Wednesday the launch of the new Larnaca-Madrid air route, by Cobalt airline, and presented Cyprus as a tourist destination, coinciding with Paphos Cultural Capital.
During the presentation, Cyprus ambassador Koula Sophianou said that herself had checked the impeccable service of this new route from Larnaca: “A journey of five hours, direct, and full of quality and comfort”.

The ambassadors of Cyprus, Palestine, Afghanistan and the Arab League attended the ceremony, along with the President of Peace and Cooperation, Joaquín Antuña; the Secretary General of the Ibero-American Social Security Organization, Gina Riaño Barón; the director of magazine Patrimonio Actual, Juan Ignacio Vecino, and the representative of the Tourism Organization of Cyprus, Michalis C. Pouros.
