Spain grants Great Cross of Civil Merit to outgoing ambassador of Belgium

The Spanish Government has granted the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit to Pierre Labouverie, who was until several weeks ago Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium in Spain.

 

Labouverie remained more than two years in the position of Ambassador, who left after reaching the age of retirement. New Ambassador is Marc Calcoen.
