The Brexit and the first month of Donald Trump as the US President, because of their repercussions on the European Union, are two matters that will unavoidably “sneak in” the 25th Spanish-French Summit to be held today in Malaga.

The French President, François Hollande, and the President of the Spanish Government, Mariano Rajoy, respectively supported by seven of their ministers, will also tackle the future of the EU, its security and defence, the fight against terrorism, the economic and monetary union, the single energy market and the digital market, according to the French Ambassador, Yves Saint Geours, during his speech at the School of Diplomacy on Friday.
