Royal Theatre presents Salome Kammer at the Albéniz Foundation of Madrid

As a prelude to the new production of the opera Moses and Aaron, the Royal Theatre offers a concert, tomorrow 19 May, at 20:00 hrs, by the German vocal soloist Salome Kammer, accompanied by the piano player Rudi Spring at the Albéniz Foundation of Madrid (1 Requena Street). The concert is part of a wide range of activities related to the opera of Schönberg, among them cinema series, conferences, meetings and recitals.

 

Under the title ‘Bailando sobre el volcán’ (Dancing over the volcano), the concert’s programme includes works by Arnold Schönberg, Hans Pfitzner, Richard Strauss, Oscar Straus, Paul Strasser, Ludwig Mendelssohn, Kurt Weill, Erich Zeisi, Hugo Ball, Erwin Schulhoff, Eduard Künneke, Rudolf Nelson, Friedrich Hollaender and others.
