The first Tuesday of every month, until June 2016, the Institut Français in Madrid will be showing a rendez-vous ópera which will include some of the best operas presented in the framework of the famous Aix-en-Provence Festival. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday 12 January at 20 hrs., the theatre will be retransmitting Svadba, under the direction of Ted Huffman and Zack Winokur (2015)
This work is an opera that combines the voices of six women with the aim of reconstructing the night before the wedding celebrations of Milicia. During this hen party for a young girl in the bloom of youth, the future bride sings and dances with her friends. Free admission. Limited seating.
