The Centro Cultural Coreano in Madrid, in cooperation with the Centro Nacional para las Artes Escénicas Tradicionales Coreanas presents this afternoon at 20 hrs in the Sala Verde at the Teatros del Canal, the traditional dance show entitled El día del Palacio, on the occasion of the celebration of Chuseok (15 August on the lunar calendar known as the Day of Thanksgiving).
El día del Palacio is a spectacular show of music and dance where the banquets in the palace and the beautiful and sumptuous traditional Korean costumes decorate the stage. The Centro Nacional para las Artes Escénicas Tradicionales Coreanas is a regulatory organisation established to preserve and promote the traditional Korean performing arts, whose origin dates back to the Silla dynasty in the VII century.
