The Chinese Cultural Centre in Madrid will offer, as of 2 June, the 4th edition of its cooking course. On this occasion, the course includes two groups of 8 people each. Classes for groups A and B will be taught every Tuesday and every Thursday respectively, from 18:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs. Each group will receive a total of four classes and will be taught to elaborate two dishes of the Chinese gastronomy in each of them. Students will have the opportunity to participate in the elaboration of the dishes and to taste them at the end of each class. White rice and drinks are included.
Professor Zhang Hanxiang will be the one in charge of teaching the classes, which will take place at the Cooking Classroom (3rd floor, building B) of the Cultural Centre. More information on the website of the centre.
