The Japan Foundation, in collaboration with Centro Centro (1 Cibeles Square, 4th floor), presents the work by the Japanese illustrator Yuichi Yokoyama, at the series of exhibitions on mural tales La Ciudad en Viñetas (The City in Cartoon Strips).
Until 6 September, this collection will be displayed in the context of this series, inaugurated in 2012, where the Japanese illustrator creates, one more time, surprising atmospheres where characters take us from place to place without offering a conclusion or an exciting ending, only showing us that time goes by and things happen dynamically. To describe this type of expression, the artist has coined the term “Neomanga”.
