The Spanish multinational of energy generation and supply Iberdrola and Neoenergía, through the consortium Força Eólica do Brasil, have granted the also Spanish multinational Gamesa the supply of 42 new generation wind turbines for three wind parks that both companies promote in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, in the Northeast of Brazil.
According to information provided yesterday by Iberdrola, Gamesa will install wind turbines (model G114) of 2 megawatts (MW) per unit, in the aforementioned parks. It will be in charge of the supply, transportation, installation and set in motion of 15 machines in the wind park of Santana 1, 15 in that of Calango 6 and 12 in that of Santana 2.
