The jazz quartet Manuel Rocheman and Olivier Ker Ourio at the French Institute of Madrid

November 6, 2014
in Uncategorized

This afternoon, the French Institute of Madrid (12 Marqués de la Ensenada Street) presents the jazz quartet Manuel Rocheman and Olivier Ker Ourio, at 20:00 hrs. This quartet is made up of two accomplices: Manuel Rocheman and Olivier Ker Ourio, both amazing masters of sound and both quite happy as the lead and the sideman. With Matthieu Chazarenc, drummer, and Mathias Allamane, double bass player, their collaborations were always renewed, gathered in a popular programme dedicated to the French song, or immersed in the introspective world that Evans and Thielemans created for their album “Affinity”, with melodies and rhythms of the Indian Ocean. Both on stage and in their daily life, playing together and sharing became evident for these four musicians. Advance sale on www.entradas.com (General: 10 €; reduced: 7 €).
