The film Imagine, by Andrzej Jakimowski, inaugurates the cycle of Contemporary Polish Cinema at the cinema Doré of Madrid (3 Santa Isabel Street), which will take place from tomorrow 13 November until Sunday 23. The full-length films Jack Strong, Papusza, Floating Skyscrapers, Deep love and Mundial. The Highest Stakes complete the programme of the cycle.
The screening of Imagine, with the presence of its directors and scriptwriter, Andrzej Jakimowski, will take place at 19:30 hrs in original version with subtitles. The cast of actors includes Alexandra Maria Lara, Edward Hogg, Melchior Derouet and Francis Frappat. The film tells the story of a young trainer of an ophthalmologic clinic that urges his blind patients to move without the white stick and trust their imagination.
