The Government of Equatorial Guinea decided to move back a visit to that country that was going to start yesterday, by the Secretary of State for Commerce, Jaime García-Legaz, with a considerable group of Spanish business people, under the auspices of the Superior Council of the Chambers of Commerce.

According to information given to The Diplomat, the delay in fixing the date on which García-Legaz was going to be received by President Teodoro Obiang, made the participation of other Equatorial Guinea minsters in meetings impossible, so, in the end, it was agreed to postpone the visit, at least until December.
