Course of Polish
Polish is the sixth most spoken language of the European Union, with approximately 40 million users, and the most spoken among the Slavonic languages of the Union. Its command makes the study of other languages belonging to the same family easier and it allows a basic communication in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine or Russia.
It is because of that reason that the Polish Institute of Culture has started giving in its office Polish courses that have been developed thinking specifically in the needs of those Spanish speaking students, considering their potential doubts and difficulties. Although, on the other hand, aren’t these difficulties exaggerations? The Polish language uses the Latin alphabet, just like the Spanish language does, and both languages share a vocabulary much more extensive than what people usually think.
