From tomorrow until 5 October, Casa Árabe exhibits in Madrid (Alcalá, 62) the works of two artists from Cairo, Ibrahim Dessouky (Cairo, 1969) and Sameh Ismail (Cairo, 1974), which have very different artistic styles.
This exhibition, organised by Casa Árabe and the Egyptian Embassy in Madrid, offers an opportunity to become acquainted with the work of two notable representatives of the contemporary Egyptian art scene. The exhibition is framed within a wider programme of activities dedicated to Egypt which include a concert by Ali Khattab and dance by Nesma, on Thursday, 26 June, from 21:00 hrs., as well as a cycle of recent films, the details of which have already been published by The Diplomat.
