On Friday, July 6, at Platea (5-7 Goya Street), the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Business Office of Japan, part of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, organizes a Tasting-Conference on The world of sake with the purpose of familiarizing with this typical Japanese drink, breaking clichés and making it accessible to a wide range of public.
This event is part of the commemorative events of the 150th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations Japan-Spain that we celebrate during 2018. There will be nine wineries of sake, selected among the most prestigious in Japan. There will be a speech by Roger Ortuño, Director of ComerJapones.com, WSET Level 3, CSP Sake Education Council and SSI Kikisakeshi.
