One of Iberia’s planes has been “vinyled” to will fly over Europe promoting olive oil, within a promotion campaign organized by the Interprofessional of Spanish Olive Oil, in collaboration with the European Union and the air company. The plane is an A319, which makes short and medium ratio routes of the airline and flights to 37 airports of 17 countries. The promoters hope this initiative generates a million impacts in six months.
The event, which is part of the campaign ‘Olive Oil World Tour’, took place in the terminal 4 of the airport Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas and was attended by the Minister of Agriculture, Fishing and Food, Luis Planas; the president of the Inter-professional of Spanish Olive Oil, Pedro Barato; and the president of Iberia, Luis Gallego.
